南韓國會9日將就朴槿惠總統「閨密干政門」弊案，進行彈劾表決。朴槿惠6日在青瓦台召見執政黨「新世界黨」黨揆李貞鉉和國會黨鞭鄭鎮碩時表明，若國會通過彈劾案，她將靜候憲法法院的判決，以平靜心情做好卸任的準備，但不會依反對黨要求即刻下台。
做好準備但不立刻辭
鄭鎮碩會後向媒體轉述，朴槿惠還說，基於國家穩定政局的考量，她願接受新世界黨1日提議的「明年4月下台、6月提前大選」方案。但鄭鎮碩回答說，因民意強烈反彈，該黨已決定撤回此議。他說朴槿惠點頭表示理解。
李貞鉉說，朴槿惠仍希望國會議員能接受她主動提前下台，而非強行通過彈劾案。鄭鎮碩表示，他已向朴槿惠表明，為因應選民強大壓力，國會9日舉行彈劾案表決時，該黨將開巧勝百家樂-買閒賺錢法則之二放黨籍國會議員不記名投票。
執政黨撤4月下台提議
鄭鎮碩稍後在黨籍國會議員大會上說，朴槿惠表示，如果彈劾案獲得通過，她將接受結果，「努力做她可以做的一切事情，希望黨能夠顧及她的想法予以配合。」
新世界黨撤回「明年4月下台、6月提前大選」方案後，高層決定開放黨籍議員自由投票，彈劾案過關幾已成定局。但國會即使通過彈劾案，仍須經憲法法院判決認可，此審理過程可能長達6個月之久。
南韓國會共有300席議員，贊成彈劾的反對黨與獨立議員共171名，至少需28名新世界黨國會議員相挺，才有機會達到2/3的彈劾門檻。新世界黨議員張在原在臉書上說，該派系已決定投下贊成票。據估計，新世界黨約有30名議員會倒戈。
彈劾過關機率五五波
南韓三大在野黨黨魁6日在國會會晤，重申貫徹彈劾案的堅定意志。他們要求朴槿惠立即下台，並呼籲執政黨議員跟民意站在一起，在9日彈劾表決時投下贊成票。最大在野黨共同民主黨國會領袖禹相虎評估，彈劾案通過與否約五五波。
南韓國立首爾大學社會發展研究所6日發布民調顯示，在「閨密干政門」的責任歸屬問題上，76.7％的受訪者認為責任在於朴槿惠，62.2％表示「朴槿惠總統要即刻下台」。另外，參加燭光集會、要求朴槿惠下台的民眾中，月均所得在300萬韓元（約台幣9萬元）以上、屬於中產階層以上的高所得者占70.0％。
